Sama sebe niti slučajno ne bi označila za »slavno«, sem pa kljub temu na lastni koži občutila, da je za medijsko prepoznavne osebe pametno, da se držijo nekaterih osnovnih pravil:

  1. Nikoli ne zapusti stanovanja brez vsaj kolikor toliko urejenega make-upa in pričeske! Še posebej, ko gre za javne prireditve – sicer se ti lahko zgodi, da se na spletnih potralih in v revijah pojavijo tvoje fotografije, na katerih izgledaš tako kot jaz na spodnji sliki…

Pričujoča blamaža se mi je zgodila le kak teden po vrnitvi iz Luksemburga, ko sem šla na koncert skupine Il Divo v Halo Tivoli. Med življenjem v tuji državi sem se namreč kar malo odvadila tega, da me ljudje in mediji prepoznavajo, kamorkoli grem, in tako sem tudi na ta koncert šla povsem sproščeno, ne da bi se pred tem sploh pogledala v ogledalo. No, sem si pa vsaj dobro zapomnila tole prvo lekcijo :)

I don’t by far consider myself a “celebrity”, but I have nevertheless experienced that it is highly advised for public and media figures to follow a few basic rules:

  1. Never leave the apartment with unsufficient make-up or undone hair! Especially when going to public events – otherwise you can findyourself all ove the internet and magazines looking something like me in the picture below…

This disaster happened to me just about a week after I’d returned from Luxembourg when I was visiting a concert by Il Divo in Ljubljana. Living in a foreign country for months, I completely forgot I’m being recognised everywhere I go in Slovenia and so I went to the concert without having even looked myself in the mirror. Well, at least I’ve learnt this firts lesson well :)

This is what happens when you disregard lesson nr. 1...
